Tubelight Box Office: Released in 2017, Salman Khan’s war drama turned out to be an average affair at the ticket windows. It was an adaptation of 2015’s Hollywood release, Little Boy. The film also features Sohail Khan, Zhu Zhu, Matin Rey Tangu and late Om Puri, in key roles.

Tubelight released during Eid festive season and took a good start of 21.15 crores. Being a bit unusual film of Salman Khan, the buzz was not that high for this Kabir Khan directorial and was a word-of-mouth dependent affair. Unfortunately, the film managed to garner mixed reviews from critics and audience feedback too wasn’t favourable either. It ended up its theatrical run far below the expectations by wrapping up at 121.25 crores.
