Back in 2022, it was Bhediya, and now it’s time for Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya which has scored a similar weekend.
While horror comedy Bhediya stood at 28.55 crores after its first three days, Kriti Sanon’s newest movie Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, a sci-fi romcom, has netted 29.11 crores at the box office. The numbers are uncannily similar and what’s really interesting to note is that both these films are Maddock productions.
Kriti has been rather regular with films produced by Dinesh Vijan. And in fact, Luka Chuppi, which is further up in the list, is also his.

As can be seen, her only 100 crores weekend has been Adipurush, which was released last year, though unfortunately it couldn’t sustain post that. Apart from this, Dilwale as well as Housefull 4 were multi-starrers, though in the list of movies that follow, she has been a solo lead.
Bachchan Pandey’s weekend could have been a lot better, but then it was marred by The Kashmir Files, which had released just a week before and had created havoc at the box office. Coming back to Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, in terms of lifetime the film would now be interesting to see if surpasses 70 crores total of Bhediya.
