Son of Sardaar SOS has Excellent Opening – North India Seems Best

Son of Sardaar had an excellent opening today when it opened to over 70% occupancy in multiplexes across India. The movie performed the best in North India. East Punjab, Delhi, UP, and Punjab witnessed nearly housefull theaters. However, South and Central India was average with about 50% occupancy rates. Circuits in Mumbai, South India and West Bengal were among the ones with 50% occupancy rates.

Single Screens saw a similar fate and was especially better in North India. UP and Rajasthan was the best with Punjab close in tow. Collections might see a drop in the late afternoon and evening shows because of Diwali Puja’s in cities across India.
