Sushant Singh Rajput starrer M.S. Dhoni-The Untold Story has received an excellent opening on its 1st day at the box office. The film collected 21.30 crores yesterday.

With this opening, the film has beaten the 1st day collections of some Bollywood biggies like Fan (19.20 crores), Housefull 3 (15.21 crores), Airlift (12.35 crores) and Rustom (14.11 crores).

With this kind of start, an opening weekend of over 50 crores can be expected from this biographical sports drama.

Directed by Neeraj Pandey, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Kiara Advani and Disha Patani in key roles.
