Lootera & Policegiri Have Low Occupancy On Opening Day | Box Office

This Friday two contrasting film release at the box office. While Lootera is reflective of cinematic excellence, Policegiri caters to the taste of the larger masses. Both the film’s opening day occupancy is low however.

Lootera fared well at the multiplexes and opened to an average occupancy of 30%-35% at most metropolitan multiplex centers. Policegiri performed pathetically at the multiplexes whereas in single screens, the film opened to a 30% occupancy on its first day.

The word of mouth is extremely positive for Lootera and hence the film’s collections from urban centers is expected to grow over the weekend. Policegiri being an action film, its initial hindrance at collecting well might deter its growth over the next few days.
