1986 was a very good year for Bollywood as it gave at least 3 iconic films to the industry. Subhash Ghai’s multistarrer Karma starring Dilip Kumar, Nutan, Naseeruddin Shah, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor, and others proved to be a cult classic as well as top grosser of the year.

Another multistarrer cult film Nagina starring Rishi Kapoor, Sridevi, Amrish Puri, and others released this year only. Plus it was a year that gave the industry a big hit like Naam. The Mahesh Bhatt directorial had Sanjay Dutt, Kumar Gaurav, Nutan, Poonam Dhillon & Amrita Singh in main roles. The film managed to emerge 4th highest grosser of 1986.
