Aamir Khan
With just one film a year, Aamir Khan always manages to blend entertainment with social commentary in his work. His 2014 film satire comedy PK became the actor’s 1st film to earn 300 crores, netting 339.5 crores. In recent years, the actor has even achieved international success, as his film Dangal came close to the 2000 crore mark worldwide. It earned 387.39 crores during its run in India. His last release, Secret Superstar became a hit, earning 62 crores, despite the actor only having a supporting role.

Salman Khan
Bollywood’s ‘Bhai’ Salman Khan has been doing great at the Box Office. His film Sultan crossed the 300 crore mark at the box office becoming one of the highest grossers of the year. While his attempt to push the envelope in Tubelight wasn’t exactly a huge success, it still managed to recover its investment, earning 121.25 crores. His last film however,was Tiger Zinda Hai, which became the actor’s highest earning film till date. Its net collections were 339.16 crores.
