Join UsVikram Bhatt’s 1921 is fairing decent at the box office. The film had released with Kaalakaandi and Mukkabaaz, and it seems that audience are loving this horror film a bit more than the other two films.
1921 has collected more comparatively to Mukkabaaz and Kaalakandi. The film has collected a total amount of 15.07 crore till now.
The film got an added advantage because of its genre and no big releases. Also in its second week, the film tried to juice out as much as they could have, since there were films like Vodka Diaries, Nirdosh and My Birthday Song. But now, because of Padmaavat’s release, it will be difficult for 1921 and other films to sustain at the box office.
Padmaavat is running successfully at the box office even after getting banned in some states. The positive word of mouth of the film is helping it gain some humongous numbers at the box office.

Speaking about her experience of working with Vikram Bhatt, Zareen Khan told IANS, “It was great. I did not know him on a personal level before this movie. For me, he was a great director, and I have always been a fan of his work.”
She further added, “I always wanted to work with him and finally got a chance. I am happy I got this chance because apart from being a part of an amazing film, the experience was very cherishable and memorable. Now I have him as a friend in my life. He is an amazing human being, and an ocean full of knowledge.”
1921 is the fourth part of this franchise and none of the parts except the first one has done well at the box office. Apart from Zareen, 1921 also stars Karan Kundrra in the lead role.
