When Rishi Kapoor Danced His Heart Out At Imtiaz Ali’s Brother’s Wedding- WATCH

The demise of two of the best actors we had Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor has left the fans with a tear in their eye. Irrfan passed away due to Colon infection while Rishi Kapoor was battling Leukemia for 2 years. Recently, director Imtiaz Ali who has worked with both Rishi Kapoor and his son Ranbir Kapoor has shared a video of Chintu Ji dancing at Ali’s brother’s wedding in Kashmir.

After Rishi Kapoor’s demise, Imtiaz shared a post about him and in the caption, he wrote about how he was delighted with Kapoor’s presence at his brother’s wedding in Kashmir. Now, Imtiaz took to Instagram stories and shared a video where Rishi Kapoor is all suited up and dancing with Baraat. In the video, Rishi Kapoor is seen dancing and enjoying with Imtiaz’s family and friends. Imtiaz shared the video on his Insta story along with the note – “RK Baraat dance in Kashmir”.

Earlier Imtiaz penned an emotional note for the veteran actor, he shared a picture of Rishi Kapoor from Love Aaj Kal along with the caption: ”Time is passing. The other day he was on my set. I was nervous, he was the biggest actor I had worked with. I touched his feet and asked him to guide me’’.

He added – ’’He guided me. Another day I invited him to my brother’s wedding in Kashmir. Nobody comes so far, these are formalities. He came. And when the baraat was entering the venue he said -“you guys go in front, I will come in the end”. I understood later that he did not want the attention to shift from the groom to himself. And today he left. Something precious became past today. But this time will not take him away. I haven’t met him for so long anyway, I will think he is still there, smiling. And I can still think of the little time I could spend with him, and smile with him’’.

Rishi Kapoor’s family – son Ranbir Kapoor, wife Neetu Kapoor and daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahani along with Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji immersed Rishi Kapoor’s ashes at Banganga in Mumbai.
