Check out the first look of Dibakar Banerjee’s Shanghai, starring Abhay Deol and Emraan Hashmi.

While Emraan Hashmi and Abhay Deol will star together for the first time in this film, Abhay will star with Kalki Koechlin once again after Dev D and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Shanghai is said to be a thriller, set against the backdrop of politics and survival. Dibakar’s fourth directorial venture has been inspired by director Costa Gavras’ 1969 film, Z, about the present roller coaster expose of big money politics and how the common man gets his revenge back.

Shanghai is set to release on 8 June 2012.
