Shah Rukh Khan believes in not over-charging his producers for his films, but in raking in more monies by doing endorsements. So it is no surprise that the Bollywood super star’s IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders, is sponsored by Gitanjali Jewellery, a brand which is already endorsed by the likes of Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra and even Kareena Kapoor!
The company recently presented SRK with a golden KKR helmet as an omen of good luck for his team. Shah Rukh gladly accepted. The question that now remains is whether Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif’s ex, will join the brandwagon too. We already know that SRK and Katrina have signed up as the brand ambassadors of a pen brand. The duo is also expected to do a film together. But Salman doesn’t seem to care; he has better things to do…. Like reshoot a song from his upcoming film, the much-expected Ready.
