A Mumbai Sessions Court on Monday ruled that actor Salman Khan will now be tried under the charges of culpable homicide. A decade ago, on the eventful morning of 28th September 2002, actor Salman Khan rammed his Land Cruiser on pavement dwellers outside a Bandra Bakery, which resulted in the death of one and severely injured four people. The actor, who was earlier tried for Death by Negligence, will now be charged for culpable homicide which might lead to a maximum imprisonment of 10 years for Salman.
