‘Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns’ Release Date Announced

Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns (SBGR), highly awaited sequel to Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster (SBG), is slated for a March 8, 2013 release.

Directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia, SBG had received wide acclaim for its plot, treatment and performance.

Now with Irrfan Khan in the pivotal role of Gangster in the sequel, the film gets bigger and more exciting. Tigmanshu and Irrfan, coming together again after the success of Paan Singh Tomar, hope to recreate the magic on screen and box office once more.

SBGR also stars Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahie Gill from the original cast. Soha Ali Khan in a pivotal role is a new addition in the film along with Irrfan Khan.

Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster and the sequel trace the palace intrigues of a royal family who are trying to survive and find their place in post independent India. The film is produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.
