Dilwale : Releasing December 2015
One of the most anticipated films of the year, Dilwale is expected to be huge thanks to multiple reasons. One being the fact that it brings together on celluloid, the most celebrated on-screen pairing of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. The duo have starred in many hit films like Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Karan Arjun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai etc. Also since Dilwale has been helmed by director Rohit Shetty, who has a huge fan following for his films, the film has got a huge hype.
It will be clashing with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama Bajirao Mastani.
Fan : Releasing April 2016
Shah Rukh Khan’s next film with Yashraj films will be Fan. The teaser of the film has released and well, starring SRK in a double role, the film is a story about one of the biggest fans. It is being touted to be India’s best VFX films ever. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film captures Shah Rukh in a never seen before avatar. At 50, taking a challenge like that is certainly commendable for him.
Raees : Releasing July 2016
After long, Shah Rukh takes up a role that has slight negative shades to it. Raees looks promising from the posters and well, watching Shah Rukh play the mafia is certainly a treat. The film is a crucial one since it will be clashing with Salman Khan’s YRF produced Sultan. Releasing over Eid, massive business is expected from this film.
Untitled Film With Alia Bhatt : 2016
After the news of Alia Bhatt starring with Shah Rukh Khan hit the stands, there has been immense excitement over this casting coup. Alia who is less than half is age will be seen sharing screen space with SRK and that is certainly interesting. The film is a Gauri Shinde directorial and we are yet to learn if SRK and Alia will be romancing each other or not.
