NGO Files Plea To Stall Salman Khan’s ‘Dabangg’ Release

An NGO, International Human Rights Association, filed a petition in the city civil court in Bombay on August 27 against Dabangg, alleging that the word ‘Hindustan’ has been used in a derogatory manner in the song, ‘Munni badnaam hui’ from the film. The petitioner sought an injunction against the release of the Salman Khan starrer.
