Ishaqzaade has joined the rank of titles like Dabangg with the bit of country slang to it, giving a very rustic feel.

But did you know that Ishaqzaade was not the first choice for the name of the Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra starrer? In fact, the Yash Raj film was initially named ‘Tewar’ which means attitude. And considering how Arjun and Parineeti have been in each others’ face in the trailer of the movie, attitude seems like an apt word!

But they later came to a conclusion that Ishaqzaade was not just about attitude, but the combination of a love story and attitude. Thus the film is now titled as ‘Ishaqzaade’.
