While Aamir Khan already seems to have taken a liking to Tiger Shroff and brought him under his wings, when it comes to the youngster’s Bollywood launch, another superstar who is being looked up to is Hrithik Roshan. The mandate for the team behind ‘Heropanti‘ is clear – ‘Make Tiger the sensation that Hrithik became once Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai was released’.
“Hrithik was nothing short of mass hysteria when he was launched by his dad in ‘Kaho Naa…‘. In fact at that time the frenzy was compared to nothing less than what Rajesh Khanna had enjoyed during his peak. The film was an out and out ‘masala‘ entertainer and with Hrithik in a double role, dad Rakesh Roshan had ensured that he was seen in practically every frame”, comments an observer.

As a result, Hrithik did everything, right from romance, drama, action and comedy while impressing audience across all age groups, hence turning out to be a complete hero. Now producer Sajid Nadiadwala and director Sabbir Khan have vowed to design Tiger’s character in such a way that the youngster turns out to be the biggest sensation of next year at the least, if not the current decade.

The source continues, “Let’s face it. Whether it is Ranbir Kapoor (Saawariya), Imraan Khan (Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa) or Shahid Kapoor (Ishq Vishk), three of the most promising youngsters who debuted in last decade, each of them had started off with a romantic film. None of them had boasted of a complete ‘masala‘ launch like Hrithik. That would be the case with Tiger though. The trends have been studied quite closely and the standards are set even higher for Tiger.”
