After getting critically acclaimed for his performance in his last two films, Paan Singh Tomar (2012) and Life of Pi (2012), actor Irrfan Khan has now been signed for two new films by Dar Motion Pictures, namely D-Day and Lunchbox.
Says a source, “Since Irrfan’s characters in the two films are very diverse, he believes that there should be no common ground as far as their marketing is concerned.”
Nikhil Advani directorial venture D-Day is about a first-hand account of an incredible mission undertaken by Indian secret agents to capture the most wanted man in India.
Directed by Ritesh Batra, Lunchbox stars Irrfan Khan, Nawazuddin Siddique and Nimrat Kaur. The film is a love story of a young housewife and a middle-aged man, set in Mumbai.
Known for his incredible acting talent, Irrfan is very excited for his big releases.
