Farah Khan got her break as a choreographer in 1992 in the Aamir Khan starrer Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. Since then, she has received various awards for her work as a choreographer.
Farah directed her first film Main Hoon Na in 2004. This Shah Rukh Khan starrer was a box-office success.
Three years after Main Hoon Na, Farah directed Om Shanti Om, which did very good at the box-office. Deepika Padukone had made her debut in this film.
In 2010, Farah directed Tees Maar Khan which did average business at the box-office. Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif played lead roles in this film.
Farah married Shirish Kunder in 2004. In 2008, Farah gave birth to triplets: a son and two daughters.
