A lot has been spoken about Bollywood actor Govinda ever since he made the revelation of being offered James Cameron’s Avatar on the recent Aap Ki Adaalat episode. Netizens created memes, trolled the actor but looks like the actor was offered the big movie after all! A co-star of Chi Chi has come out in the open to back his statement and has bashed the haters for the negativity.
An actor who’s done several movies with Govinda whose name remains hidden, in a conversation with Bollywood Hungama has questioned the mentality of the haters. “Govinda was always talking about the films that were offered to him. And I remember he mentioned to me that he had been offered Avatar way back in 2006 – 2007. So, it is quite possible that this offer did come his way. Why do we have to doubt him, just because it is Hollywood and James Cameron?” the actor said to the development.
However, another reliable source close to the development has completely different side to offer and says Govinda is mistaking Cameron’s Avatar to another movie of his! “For your information, Govinda did work in a film titled Avatar. Though it’s complete, it is not being released. The producer is Pahlaj Nihalani. In this Avatar, Govinda plays a sports coach. The big difference is that James Cameron’s Avatar was all blue. Govinda’s Avatar is in the red,” says the source.
