Kareena Kapoor Khan once upon a time created a stir when she became the highest-paid actress in Bollywood. She yet again grabbed eyeballs when it was reported that she demanded 12 crore for a film where she was offered to play Sita. Now, if not the highest-paid actress in Bollywood, she certainly is the highest-paid star of Crew.
Helmed by Rajesh A Krishnan, the heist comedy film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in the lead and Diljit Dosanjh – Kapil Sharma in supporting roles. But there are no points for guessing who the highest-paid person in the lot is.
According to the reported rumors, Kareena Kapoor Khan got the biggest paycheck for playing flight attendant Jasmine Kohli in the film. The actress has been paid a whopping 10 crore. This is higher than her last theatrical release, Laal Singh Chaddha, where she drew 8 crore as her fee.

Kareena’s Fee Higher Than Tabu – Kriti
Bebo’s paycheck was almost 233% higher than Kriti Sanon and Tabu‘s. Kriti and Tabu charged 3 – 4 crore for the film. Kriti charged 4 – 5 crore for her last theatrical release, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Tabu, for her last theatrical release, Bholaa, was paid 4 crore.
Diljit Dosanjh & Kapil Sharma’s Fee
Diljit and Kapil play the supporting leads in the film, which is led by the female trio. Diljit was paid 3 crore for the film to play customs officer Jaiveer Singh; meanwhile, Kapil Sharma, who played Tabu’s on-screen husband, was paid 50 lakh for his supporting role.
Crew Box Office Reception
The film is being received well by the audience and has collected 21.5 crore at the box office in its first weekend. It opened at 10.21 crore. Meanwhile, it has collected 41 crore worldwide in two days.
The heist film has already claimed the top spot for the biggest opener in North America in 2024, with a $600K collection in the region. It has also claimed the third spot in the list of biggest openings for a female-centric film after Gangubai Kathiawadi and Veere Di Wedding.
