Glam man Arjun Rampal has remained in controversies over the last few months. The actor was dragged in a personal debacle when stories of him being the reason behind Hrithik Roshan and Suzanne Khan’s divorce made headlines. Now the actor’s popular Delhi nightclub LAP has run into massive legal troubles.

Owing to outstanding rent of over 2 crores, India Tourism Development Corporation Limited (ITDC) has given the actor legal notice for being unable to clear it out in slotted time.

LAP is located in Delhi’s popular Hotel Samrat. The actor’s lawyer is currently looking into the matter and is hopeful that the matter will be resolved amicably with ITDC.
