One of the most loved superstar of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan has taken a back seat after the failure of magnum opus Zero. The reports of him opting out of Rakesh Sharma’s biopic Saare Jahan Se Accha are now done and dusted, while nothing concrete on much anticipated sequel Don 3 is coming out. The actor also expressed of taking a break from films for sometime, which was really disheartening. Now there’s a piece of an interesting news which might just bring a smile on the face of all SRKians.

Earlier it was learnt that Shah Rukh Khan is going through several scripts after Zero’s debacle and the report in Deccan Chronicle suggests that one of those scripts is of Rajkumar Hirani’s, which has managed to impress the actor.

But one also can’t deny it completely as both the maverick filmmaker and supremely talented actor, have shown desire to work with each other on several occasions. Also, with such a rough phase in career, Rajkumar Hirani could prove to be a game changer for Khan as he did the same for Ranbir Kapoor with Sanju.

Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan was the first one to be approached for the role of Munna in Munnabhai MBBS, which marked Hirani’s directorial debut.
