Sara Ali Khan and Kartik Aaryan are making headlines ever since Sara confessed her feelings for Kartik at Koffee with Karan. Immediately after the news of her liking Kartik went viral, they signed a movie together. Imtiaz Ali’s sequel of Love Aaj kal which is named ‘Aaj kal’ stars Sara and Kartik in the lead roles. The original movie has Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles.

When Sara and Kartik were shooting for Aaj Kal, Kartik made sure that there were no sweets on the set. You know why because Sara has a sweet tooth and she just can’t resist but binge on sweets. We all know Sara lost a lot of weight before making her debut in Bollywood and hence Kartik really values her efforts and takes extra care of her.

According to a close source to Times Of India shared, “Whenever someone got sweets on the sets, it would be kept hidden from Sara, as instructed by Kartik. Sara’s sweet saga had become a joke of sorts on the set. While shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s film, Sara and Kartik would explore local eateries. Sara being the ultimate sweet lover, would gorge on her favourite sweet dishes. However, it was Kartik who would keep a check on her binge. Kartik tries to keep her away from sweets as much as possible.”

Sara is busy shooting in Bangkok for Coolie No. 1 opposite Varun Dhawan and Kartik, on the other hand, is shooting for Pati, Patni Aur Woh opposite Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar.
