Actress Kajal Aggarwal starrer Paris Paris, which is a Tamil remake of Kangana Ranaut’s Bollywood hit Queen has been in news all over from a long time.
The latest news related to Paris Paris is, the censor board has asked the makers to blur and trim down some bold scenes and to mute cuss words in the film.
However, the makers aren’t that happy with this decision from censor board members and thus they have approached the censor revising committee regarding the same.
The makers of Paris Paris are hopeful that the decision by the revising committee will be in their favor.
Apart from Tamil remake, the original film (Queen) also has been remade in Telugu as ‘Mahalakshmi’ with Tamanna Bhatia in lead, ‘Zam Zam‘ in Malayalam with Manjima Mohan and ‘Butterfly’ in Kannada with Parul Yadav.
The Malayalam and Kannada versions have been given a green flag by the censor board. Whereas the Telugu version is yet to be viewed by the censor board.

All these versions in south languages are produced under the banners Mediente International Films Ltd and Liger Commercial Brokers.
Queen, was originally directed by Vikas Bahl in Bollywood. The film which had Kangana in lead achieved a great success and was very well appreciated by the audience.
Apart from Kangana, the original also starred Rajkummar Rao, Lisa Haydon among others in important roles.
