Keanu Reaves fans have been waiting eagerly for the fourth instalment of superhit sci-fi franchise The Matrix. Due to coronavirus pandemic, the film’s production had halted in March. Now the actor has an important update about the sequel.
Keanu has revealed that filming of The Matrix 4 has begun and filmmakers have installed safety measures on the set. He praised the filmmakers of the movie saying that “thoughtful, effective protocols in place” to keep cast and crew safe from the coronavirus.”
Keanu also revealed that Matrix 4 filming has resumed in Berlin. Talking to Associated Press, John Wick star, Keanu Reeves said, “It’s great. It’s an honour to be working. I’m in Berlin, you can hear the sirens. You know, there are some really thoughtful, effective protocols in place. The rhythm of filmmaking has been not really impacted or interrupted.”

Keanu said, “Well, it’s great and an honour. I’m very grateful to be working. I’m here in Berlin with the sirens, but you know the– there are some really thoughtful, effective protocols in place, and the rhythm of filmmaking has been not really impacted or interrupted.”
“I think everyone loves the project and just really– if you’re ever going to get into any kind of situation that needs to be figured out or how do we do this, show business people are the best. We just– we’re scrappy. We know how to get stuff done. We’re inventive. We think on our feet, and that kind of spirit, kindred spirit of just coming together,” Keanu added.
Keanu Reeves concluded by saying, “It goes back to like “Let’s put on a show.” We got that feeling. “We’ll get some props. We got some things. We’re going to run it.” And that spirit is definitely alive and well on The Matrix.”
