Eva Mendes Responds To A Fan Who Asks About Her Immediate Family, Says “I’ve Always Had A Clear Boundary…”

Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling have been together for almost a decade. The couple shares two daughters together named Esmeralda and Amada. Eva has always been private about her life, be it her husband or kids; we haven’t really seen her sharing much information about her personal life on social media.

She recently shared a beautiful portrait picture on Instagram and wrote, “During these times, I’m so confused about what to post so I’m going to post things that move me in hopes that they move you as well. Since I don’t post my about immediate family, and it feels so wrong to post about work, here you go…One of my favorite pieces of art from one of my favorite artist René Magritte. I’ve always loved this one and it feels especially relevant right now. ❤ sending lots of love out there ❤”

After reading the post, one fan asked her why doesn’t she post about her immediate family? Replying to the same, Eva said, “hi! I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my man and my kids, I’ll talk about them of course, with limits, but I won’t post pictures of our daily life. And since my children are still so little and don’t understand what posting their image really means, I don’t have their consent. And I won’t post their image until they’re old enough to give me consent.”

She also explained why she keeps her life private with Ryan and wrote, “As far as Ryan and I, it just works for us this way, To stay private, sending loads of love to you at this time.” She also mentioned to one of the users and revealed that she doesn’t mind ‘explaining herself and social media and said, “I don’t mind explaining myself sometimes. I care about people and their questions, so I’m happy to answer honestly. But thanks for saying thanks! Sending you lots of love out there.”

Well, this is how Eva is. It’s ok to not share your personal life on social media. It should totally be an individual’s choice to share whatever they feel like on social media.
