However, new releases this week have gained the scope of fairing well at the box office, especially War Chhod Na Yaar starring Soha Ali Khan and Sharman Joshi. The film recorded nearly 10% occupancy rate despite releasing in approx 750 screens across India.
Being a refreshing and novel concept of a war satire, the film has been received well by critics. The word of mouth is positive with people mostly extending good wishes to the film. Though lacking in dazzle or star value, being a comedy the film has chances to perform well till Boss takes over the screen space after its release on 16th October.
