Spider-Man: Far From Home Box Office Day 4 Advance Booking: This week’s Hollywood release Spider-Man: Far From Home is giving a tough competition to all other movies and is currently the best performer playing in theatres. Thanks to the popularity of the superhero genre and overwhelming word-of-mouth, the movie is enjoying a terrific buzz in advance ticket sales across the country.
Let’s go through the major cities of the country, to see how the movie is faring in advance booking reports:
Mumbai is decent overall as one could clearly see the difference in 2D versions, English 3D, advanced 3D and 4D versions. While 2D (Hindi and English) are showing around 10% shows with almost full occupancy, it’s as high as 75-80% in 3D, IMAX 3D and 4D.
The capital region is terrific with almost full occupancy in around 45-50% shows for English 3D and advanced versions. Hindi is decent with around 30%.
English normal 3D version is amazing with 65-70% (till now) filling fast shows, while IMAX 3D and 4D are almost full in advance ticket sale. 2D versions of all languages are dull.
Around 80-85% shows are running full house in advance bookings for 3D and advanced versions of all languages. There is limited screening for 2D version, which too are showing good reports.
Pune, Chennai and Kolkata
In Pune, advance 3D and 4D versions are running almost full. Normal 3D versions of all languages are showing 25-30% average shows filling fast.
In Chennai, English 3D is with 75-80% filling fast shows, while Tamil 3D is less with around 30-35% filling fast shows. Advanced versions are showing almost full occupancy in advance ticket sales for all shows.
Advance 3D and 4D versions for both English and Hindi are almost full here. Hindi 3D are average with around 15% shows showing almost full occupancy, while English 3D is good with 25-30% shows running full in ticket sales. 2D versions are dull.
