Rakht Charitra and Jhootha Hi Sahi could not be released on time last week in different parts of the country, especially in Delhi-U.P. and East Punjab circuits. Some cinemas cancelled a show or two on Friday while some others had to make do without screening the film/s for even three shows. While the prints of the two films could not reach their destinations (the various cinemas) on time, even the UFO beaming could not happen in some cinemas due to a technical problem (not on the part of UFO). As it is, all the films released this week took openings which were far from impressive. On top of that, there were these release glitches which made a further dent in the box-office collections.
