The other release from this Friday is Darr @ The Mall. The film had a dull opening and continued to show gloom over the second day too. The film on its opening day managed to score with an income of 1 crore. On Saturday, the film raked in 2 crores. This horror flick failed to impress the critics and audience both, thus a poor business seems to be at its fate. The film’s collections so far rests at a domestic total of 3 crores nett.

The film interestingly was released in over 1100 screens, however, received lukewarm response from the audiences. The lack of publicity and dim star value did cost this film heavily. Though the critics haven’t gone beyond calling it unoriginal but most have pointed out it is an extremely taut film.
