Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety has already been creating waves at the box office with its presence. Crossing the 65 crore mark at the box office, the movie is on its way to cross past 70 crores. It has already entered the profitable zone covering the return of its investment. The only other movie to achieve this feat in 2018 is Akshay Kumar’s PadMan.
PadMan which opened to amazing reviews slowed down a bit during its tail-end days at the box office. The movie till now has collected 78.35 crores and is now moving ahead with the speed of a snail. Going by this scenario, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety surely has a chance to out-gross this Akshay Kumar starrer.

A new-age love triangle set in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, the film is produced by T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Luv Films’ Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg. Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety also features Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh released on February 23.

PadMan starring Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, and Radhika Apte, is based on the story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who brought about a near revolution by introducing a machine capable of producing low-cost sanitary pads.
