Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal won the hearts of many by his splendid performance in Uri: The Surgical Strike and its box office numbers are a proof! The film was based on the 2016 Uri attacks and it was directed by Aditya Dhar.
Post playing an army person, Vicky now wants to do a romantic film. In an interview with Deccan Chronicle, he expressed his desire to work in a love film.
He said, “I would love to do a romantic film and whenever I get an opportunity I will do it. Every film has a romantic angle, but at what intensity I can’t reveal now. But I would like to do it.” Well, we hope to see him do a romantic film, like ASAP!
In Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi, Vicky was seen sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt, and their chemistry was quite appreciated by the audiences too.
On the work front, Vicky has an interesting line up ahead. He will be seen in Bhoot- Part One: The Haunted Ship with Bhumi Pednekar, he also has Udham Singh and a film on Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw.
Recently, on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Vicky’s Uri re-released in Maharashtra. It was screened for free in 500 theatres across Maharashtra.
