While the photograph is real, that is not Amitabh Bachchan. It is a portrait shot of an Afghan refugee named Shabuz. The photograph was taken by acclaimed photographer Steve McCurry back in January 2017 and uploaded it on Instagram. He even said it in his caption, “I made this portrait of Shabuz, age 68, an Afghan refugee in Pakistan.” Many Afghans use only one name.” Quite surprising, considering the striking resemblance.

In the meantime, the star continues filming with his team in Jodhpur. Referring to the doctors’ observations, sources said Bachchan had pain in the back and shoulder due to exhaustion. However, looks like he is back in action.
