A Mumbai Sessions Court on Monday ruled that actor Salman Khan will now be tried under the charges of culpable homicide. A decade ago, on the eventful morning of 28th September 2002, actor Salman Khan rammed his Land Cruiser on pavement dwellers outside a Bandra Bakery, which resulted in the death of one and severely injured four people. The actor, who was earlier tried for Death by Negligence, will now be charged for culpable homicide which might lead to a maximum imprisonment of 10 years for Salman.
The 47 year old actor who is soaring high on success recently, with all his films performing to be a blockbuster at the box-office will get considerably deterred with this. The actor who was earlier charged with Death by Negligence will now be tried for a serious offence of Culpable homicide.
Though there was a clear lack of motive or knowledge of the death by accident, 60 ml of alcohol in his blood sample is working against him!
