The delay of movie has raised up the expectations to another level. This is the story based on an epic poem of Malik Muhammad Jayasi titled as ‘Padmavat’. Poem is about the life of a Rajput queen – Rani Padmavati who committed Jauhar (Hindu custom of mass self-immolation by women to avoid capture, rape or enslavement).
Having an actress like Deepika Padukone as a lead in such film you can’t just keep your hopes limited. But, shockingly, it was Ranveer Singh who stole away the thunder in its main trailer. With latest dialogue promos being revealed, you can’t just rule out Shahid Kapoor. His dialogue delivery is on-point and should be all to make you fall for his character.
Music by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is always an ultra-strong point of his movies. No song is forced with background music lifting already high-on-drama scenes. From Devdas to Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Ram Leela to Bajirao Mastani – a thing which is common in every Bhansali film is drama. Padmaavat will surely be full of drama and amazing performances.
