Sanjay Mishra is set to portray the role of saint Sai Baba in an upcoming movie, Tera Sai. The film is based on the life and teachings of Sai Baba. The makers have announced its theatrical release date, and the announcement was made after filmmaker Palaash Muchhal and producer Shailesh S. Sanghvi visited the Shirdi temple to seek blessings for the film.

The visit holds a special connection with the film, which revolves around Sai Baba and his message of faith, humanity, and hope. The team chose Shirdi for the announcement as they begin the final phase of work before the film reaches audiences.

Tera Sai Cast & Crew

Written and directed by Palaash Muchhal, the film features Sanjay Mishra in the titular role of Sai Baba. The film also features Avika Gor, Sayaji Shinde, Manoj Joshi, Omkar Das, Manikpuri, and Rohan Mehra in pivotal roles.

Tera Sai is being backed by Shailesh S. Sanghvi under the S3 Films banner. Cinepolis India has also come on board as the distributor. The collaboration gives Tera Sai a wider theatrical reach as the film prepares for its 2027 release.

Tera Sai Release Date

Tera Sai will arrive in theaters on February 5, 2027. The film will be released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and Tamil. The film has already completed its principal photography and is currently in post-production. 

Muchhal has focused on recreating the period associated with Sai Baba while keeping the story centered on devotion, humanity, and hope. Sanjay Mishra’s portrayal of Sai Baba is expected to be one of the key elements of the film as it heads toward its February 2027 theatrical release.
