Shilpa also puts out her fitness videos and pictures from time to time. This week, Shilpa Shetty is gracing Kareena Kapoor Khan’s show, What Women Want and is spilling the beans on her diet, eating habits and fitness regime.
While revealing that she doesn’t follow any diet, Kareena asks her about Keto diet, to which Shilpa replies, “Jo bhi keto kar rahe hain…unko pakad ke peeto!” Well, that’s one smart answer to give.
Kareena then asks her about how important mental health is to her with body fitness, to which Shilpa replies, “Duniya idhar ki udhar ho jaye…main raat ko, after my day ends…I take out 12 minutes for myself…even if Raj is screaming down my throat and he’s like “Arey yaar…light band kardo yaar…so jao” I have to meditate…I have to breathe!”
On the work front, Shilpa will be seen in Nikamma opposite Shirley Setia and Abhimanyu Dassani and Hungama 2 opposite Paresh Rawal, Meezan Jaffery and Pranitha Subhash.
