Shail Khan was recently tangled in an legal issue when Ayesha Shroff, wife of Jackie Shroff filed a case against him for duping her for 5 crores. Their legal battle took an unexpected ugly turn when Sahil Khan claimed that Ayesha Shroff was having an affair with him following which Ayesha protested that Sahil is a gay after which Sahil Khan threatened to produce the intimate pictures of him with to Ayesha to prove he is not gay. Finally they buried their battle and made out of court settlement.
