Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has zeroed in on Blood Money as the title for his next project after he asked his followers on social networking site Twitter to give in their suggestions.

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has zeroed in on Blood Money as the title for his next project after he asked his followers on social networking site Twitter to give in their suggestions.
“BLOOD MONEY is the title for our Kunal Khemu and Amrita Puri film which is directed by a brilliant new director Vishal Mahadkar,” Bhatt tweeted Monday.
As a term, blood money means a monetary compensation paid by an offender to the family of a murder victim. Whether Bhatt’s movie is central to this term, is not known yet. The movie was earlier tentatively titled Jannat 2. But the filmmaker decided otherwise.
“Listening to you folks has made me decide not to call my new film ‘Jannat 2’. Thank you! Acknowledging others makes them happier & u wiser,” Bhatt had posted earlier
He has been quite active on Twitter and Facebook for taking audience views. He approached his friends and fans to help him finalise the main poster for the recently released Murder 2 as well.
