Putting all the speculations to rest, Janhvi’s father Boney Kapoor has finally reacted on these baseless rumours.
Speaking about the same, Boney told SpotboyE that he respects their friendship. He said, “Yes, Ishaan and Janhvi have done a movie together and they must have become friends. I respect my daughter and her friendship with Ishaan.” Not only Boney, but a source close to the Kapoor family laughed off all the rumours. It is being said that Ishaan often visits the Kapoor residence but the source revealed that he hasn’t visited post Dhadak’s release.

“Ishaan has, in fact, never visited the Kapoor residence after Dhadak released. There is nothing more than friendship between Janhvi and Ishaan.”
Recently, after Karan Johar bought the Hindi rights of Dear Comrade, it was being reported that Janhvi and Ishaan would star in it. But KJo denied the news and said that the casting is still under process.
