Inshallah: Salman Khan – Alia Bhatt Starrer Theatrical Rights Already Sold For THIS Whopping Amount?

Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali is all set to collaborate with Salman Khan once again after so many years for his next, Inshallah. The film also stars Alia Bhatt opposite Salman. Since the announcement took place, fans are eagerly waiting to see Salman and Alia on the big screen with SLB’s magic.

The film is slated to release on Eid 2020 and the excitement is already sky high. Now there’s another reason to be excited about the film. If reports are to be believed, the film’s theatrical rights have already been sold out. Yes, you read it right!

According to a report in Box Office India, the domestic and overseas theatrical rights have been bought by a new company. The amount will surely surprise you guys! The rights are sold for a whopping amount of 250 crores. HUGE, isn’t it? The name of the company is not unveiled yet but this surely is exciting news for the fans.

Recently, the characters of Salman and Alia were revealed by Mumbai Mirror. The source said, “Salman is a businessman in his mid-40s. The character is reminiscent of his turn in his 1997 romcom Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai. Alia plays a 20-something aspiring actress. All the factors, including the age gap, have been taken into consideration. The story will justify the teaming up of two actors, from different generations, on a romantic journey.”
