Real life chacha-bhatija Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor are all set to play reel uncle-nephew in an upcoming film. The film is titled Mubaraka and will be directed by Anees Bazmee.
Reportedly, earlier, Milap Zaveri was roped in to direct this project, but things didn’t work out and producer Murad Khetani approached Anees Bazmee for the film.
The makers of the project feel that Anil and Arjun share a great rapport off screen and it will be a visual treat for the audience to see them onscreen together. Anees has already started reworking on the script with his team of writers.
Mubaraka will be a family entertainer and will have elements of comedy, romance and drama.
Anil Kapoor is currently busy with his upcoming television series 24‘s season 2, while Arjun is busy with Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend.
