Mysaa is slated for a simultaneous theatrical release in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam on November 27, 2026. The film stars Rashmika Mandanna, Eshwari Rao, Rahul Ravindran, Samuthirakani, Rao Ramesh, Shiva Kandukuri, Karthik Ranjini, Tarak Ponnappa, Nidhi Singh, and others.
