Reporting to: Head of Revenue

Experience Required – Minimum 4 Years of Experience

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

  • Manage existing Ad Network relationships and accounts.
  • Project and grow revenue for the Koimoi website and other properties.
  • Check and review the ad implementation to:
    • Spot monetization opportunities to improve revenue.
    • Spot issues that could degrade revenue performance and user experience. 
  • Work with ad networks and internal teams to run successful ad monetization strategies.
  • Analyze partners’ performance through KPIs like RPM, Fill Rates, Show Rate, Revenue Per Page, etc. 
  • Manage, report, track & improve metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Understand network revenue trends and suggest changes to the website and properties from a monetization standpoint.
  • Reach out to potential ad network partners to improve revenue.
  • Set up direct campaigns, ensure campaign delivery, and create and share reports with the partners.
  • Check Google policy violations regularly and ensure necessary actions are taken to solve the URLs flagged.

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

  • Have worked on monetizing ad inventory on websites through desktop and mobile channels. 
  • Familiarity with monetization networks such as Google AdSense, Google Ad Exchange, Taboola,, Amazon Publisher Services, PubMatic, etc is necessary.
  • Analytical mindset with good communication and interpersonal capabilities, able to work independently.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Google’s policy regarding ad monetization.
  • Must prioritize multiple assignments accurately and function quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Should be proactive with suggestions to improve revenue.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing ads through Google Ad Manager and similar tools. 
  • Should have a keen interest in market research for ad monetization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Diploma Degree holder in Science/Commerce fields or any other equivalent educational background, with a minimum experience of 4 years in the advertising industry.
