The Sims Movie With Margot Robbie And Director Kate Herron In Works?

Kate Herron, renowned for her direction in the inaugural season of Loki, is slated to helm the movie. Herron will team up with Briony Redman to craft the screenplay. Margot Robbie’s production company, LuckyChap, will take charge of production, building on their success with Barbie. Roy Lee and Miri Yoon from Vertigo Entertainment will also produce, while Electronic Arts, The Sims’ publisher, will be involved creatively and as a production partner.

The Sims movie, touted as a highly desirable project, is presently undergoing pitches to different studios and streaming platforms, though its final home is yet uncertain.
