The Hollywoodstar is famous for her healthy and clean lifestyle. Unlike others, she starts her day with a simple routine.

She told Radio Times that she follows intermittent fasting. Talking about the rule of not eating anything for 16 hours and that she only eats within the eight-hour window, she said “I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.”

Waking up at 9 am, she starts to meditate and workout before having her celery juice.

Leyon Azubuike, Aniston’s trainer, said that he advises his clients to eat “nutrient-rich, well balanced” meals which should be composed of “healthy carbs, proteins, bright veg, and leafy greens.”
