Comedian and actor Kevin Hart headlined the news after he met a horrifying car accident recently and injured his back. Everyone was talking about his health and it was only after Dwayne Johnson shared an update, his fans felt at peace. But recently, the actor grabbed the headline again and this time it was not because of his health. Hart is being sued for $60 million for a 2017 sex tape.

Hart has been accused of taping 28-year-old model, Montia Sabbag while they were intimately involved at a Las Vegas Hotel back in 2017. Sabbag alleged that she was secretly recorded while getting intimate with the actor and accused Hart and his friend Jonathan ‘JT’ Jackson of ‘intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence.’

Two years back, when the video came out, Hart claimed he was being extorted but the model denied all his accusations. He even apologized to his wife post the scandal. However, Sabbag believes Hart gave Jackson consent to record them in Hart’s private suite – despite him being married to Eniko Parrish at the time. The complaint reads: “Hart conspired with Jackson to intentionally record Ms. Sabbag naked and engaged in private sexual relations with Hart in a private bedroom at the Cosmopolitan without her knowledge or consent for the purpose of obtaining tremendous financial benefit for himself.”

Montia thinks that Hart leaked the tape to drum up the publicity ahead of an upcoming comedy tour. Let’s see how Kevin reacts to this now.
