Shootout At Wadala, a gangster saga directed by Sanjay Gupta, completed its 2 Week’s successful run at the Domestic Box Office yesterday. Throughout its 2nd Week, the movie maintained a steady pace at the Box Office, despite facing competition from the zom-com Go Goa Gone and Karan Johar’s venture Gippi.

After a whooping 45.80 Crores collection in its opening week, the movie added more 11.35 Crores in its kitty in Week 2. This John Abraham starrer now stands at a Domestic total of about 57.15 Crores at the Box Office.

The film’s income somehow managed to stand satisfactorily but after being labeled as the year’s next 100 crore club enthusiast, the film failed to live up to that hype. Trade Anlysts had roared that the film will definitely reach 100 crore bench with such a power stacked story and strong performances, yet the claims are going the flaccid way now with 100 crores seeming like a distant dream.
