The box office performance of Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha slowed down after the film entered its 2nd week run, considering the new releases and the screen crunch. However, the Monday collections of the socio-political thriller dropped quite unusually.

Despite being a partial holiday in many regions across the country, Satyagraha managed to rake in 1.10 crores yesterday. The movie now stands at a domestic total of about 61.40 crores at the Box Office.

With every successive show, Satyagraha’s collections nosedived, what with only Delhi/UP, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat region performing comparatively better! Seems, this week will be all about Shuddh Desi Romance, as the competitor film Zanjeer too failed to impress the audience.
